The main entrance was treated as the first major identification point for the community. The gate concept combines place identity with arrival, using form, material and craft to establish a recognisable threshold before more detailed directional information is introduced.

Approaching from King Saud Road, identity and direction are brought together within the arrival composition, introducing the wider district hierarchy at the entrance to the development.

Within the residential areas, the physical signage language becomes calmer and more integrated with the public realm. Information is organised consistently, with the visual treatment intended to support navigation without competing with the surrounding architecture and landscape.

The design uses a shared wider family across the development while allowing materiality and expression to change according to programme and setting.

Movement from the residential environment into the central park is marked as a deliberate change in character. A stronger visual and material register distinguishes the park from the quieter residential setting and reflects its greater concentration of amenities and public activity.

The park signage hierarchy therefore carries more visible orientation, amenity and identity information. Material and colour are used as part of this transition while remaining connected to the wider project language.
