ABOUT THESE TERMS

This website is owned and run by LIMAH. LIMAH Design Services LLC is the parent company, with its head office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We operate through LIMAH Design Services LLC, LIMAH Group, LIMAH Limited and LIMAH Design (together "LIMAH", "we", "us" or "our").

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Your use of the Site and our services is also subject to any written agreement between you and us. If there is a conflict, the written agreement comes first.

PRIVACY AND COOKIES

We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, and we use cookies as explained in our Cookie Policy. Please read both.

InFORMATION ON THE SITE

The Site is for general information about LIMAH and our work. It is not professional advice, and it is not an offer. Nothing on the Site, and no enquiry you send us, creates a contract or a client relationship. Any work we do for you will be set out in a separate written agreement.

We try to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that everything on it is complete or current.

USING THE SITE

You agree to use the Site lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• post, send or share material that is obscene, fraudulent, indecent, defamatory, abusive, harassing or threatening
• send viruses, malware or other harmful code, or try to damage or interfere with the Site or its security
• try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems or other users' data
• use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to collect content from the Site, except where we have given written permission
• encourage or take part in illegal activity
• infringe anyone's intellectual property rights
• invade other people's privacy
• share anything that is unlawful, or that offends public morals, religious beliefs or public order, under the laws that apply to you or to us
• pretend to be someone else, or give false contact details

If you use the Site from outside the United Arab Emirates, you are responsible for following the laws of your own country.

Intellectual property

The content of the Site, including text, images, designs, drawings, videos and layout, belongs to LIMAH, our licensors or our clients. It is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. "LIMAH" is a trademark of LIMAH. Other names and logos belong to their owners.

Projects shown on the Site may include work created for our clients. The rights in that work may belong to the client or a third party, and being shown here does not give you any right to use it.

You may view, download and print pages of the Site for your own non-commercial, informational use. Apart from that, you may not copy, reproduce, change, publish or share any part of the Site without our written permission. You may not remove any copyright, trademark or other notice.

You may link to the Site, provided you do not suggest that LIMAH endorses you or your content, and you do not frame our pages or link from a site that is unlawful or offensive.

What you send us

When you send us anything through the Site (for example a message, idea or file), you promise that you have the right to send it.

You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use what you send, only to read it, respond to you, assess your enquiry and run our business in connection with it. We will not publish it without your permission. This licence does not give us any other rights in your work, and we will handle any personal data in it under our Privacy Policy.

Please do not send us confidential or proprietary information through the Site. If you send us ideas or suggestions that we have not asked for, we may use them freely, but we have no duty to pay you or to keep them confidential unless we have agreed to that in writing.

Third-party sites and content

The Site may link to other websites or mention other services, products or materials. We do not control them, and a link is not an endorsement. We are not responsible for their accuracy, legality or content, or for their privacy and cookie practices.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or stop all or part of the Site, or limit or end your access, at any time, for example to protect security, to carry out maintenance, or if you break these Terms. We do not promise that the Site will always be available or free of errors or harmful components.

No warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without promises or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. This includes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or gross negligence, and for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, LIMAH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, business, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site, even if we were told it was possible.

Your rights as a consumer

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory rights under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to cover LIMAH's reasonable losses, claims and expenses that arise from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site. We may take control of the defence of any such claim, and you will cooperate with us.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms, and any dispute about the Site, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If we cannot, the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, have exclusive jurisdiction.

This does not take away any right you have under mandatory laws of your own country, including any right a consumer has to bring a claim in the courts of their home country.

General

• If part is invalid: if any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable in a country, the rest still applies there.
• Whole agreement: these Terms, with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site.
• No waiver: if we do not enforce a right straight away, that does not mean we have given it up.
• Language: these Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version applies if there is a difference, to the extent the law allows.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to tell you. By continuing to use the Site after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
