The strategy began with analysis of user journeys, circulation patterns and operational flows across Crown Jewel, Premium and Standard venues. The visitor journey was studied in two broad phases: arrival and access, followed by internal circulation.

This helped define where information was required and how content, placement and hierarchy should respond to different points in the journey. Numbering, lift identification and primary and secondary information layers were then coordinated across the three venue types.

Path and flow studies were developed individually for each typology so that the Wayfinding & Navigation system could respond to differences in scale, atmosphere and operations without creating separate systems.

A shared numbering logic, lift identification structure, typography, pictograms and arrow family provide continuity. The individual typologies are differentiated through materiality, colour, lighting and the scale of physical interventions.

Crown Jewel venues use an industrial visual language with perforated panels, illuminated elements, large-scale numerals and cut-out lettering. Premium venues continue this language through layered materials, backlighting and more restrained detailing.

Standard venues use a simpler material approach with large-scale painted graphics and non-illuminated physical signage. Colour adds another layer of distinction: blue identifies Crown Jewel, red identifies Premium and orange identifies Standard.
