TAILORED EXPERIENCES
One of Vox’s visions is to create exciting entertainment destinations that transport guests from their ordinary lives into the extraordinary world of movies.
LIMAH believes that in order to be future ready brands and customers need to be more connected than ever, and hence were the obvious choice to collaborate with Vox.
LIMAH conducted initial research through ‘secret shopper’ visits, which is really the initial part of a Customer Experience process at LIMAH. Here, a few members of the team go in disguise to the location, observe and report their experience and explore opportunities to enhance the Customer Experience. Thus, finding opportunities at the cinemas to keep customers coming back again and again and allowing memorable, personal connections to made with cinema fans.
