Second-Time Winners at the MEC Awards
A great awards season for LIMAH
LIMAH has won Middle East Consultant’s Workplace of the Year a second time in the last three years. The awards ceremony, which was held at the Ritz Carlton the Palm Dubai, on the 12th of December, gathers the Middle East’s most promising construction consultants from fields such as engineering and architecture to lighting and technology design, to applaud their contribution to the growth of the industry in the previous year.
LIMAH won the award for its growth culture and the manifestation of an environment where employees can truly thrive. As LIMAH’s tagline suggests, creating “exceptional experiences”, also includes themselves, which is at the core of their growth strategy.
Internally within their 5,000 square foot studio, an area that has had the most impact is transparency amongst team members and constant reminders on their vision of the future. As their Founder and CEO, Jason Lewis, says, “Getting the whole team aligned has been a big boost to our productivity. When the company wins, the team wins and that energy has been very helpful in our growth.” This basis for a high-performance culture has been recognized for the second time in the industry by their peers.
LIMAH was also shortlisted for the MEC Specialist Consultant of the Year Award and Construction Week’s Sub-consultancy of the Year award earlier last year. All in all, it was a great awards season for the global design firm.
