The Design Approach
LIMAH’s goal with the project is to create a balanced experience for the residents and visitors of the city. This includes mapping out and integrating art into cycle paths and pedestrian walkways. The largest use of public art, however, is reserved to create landmarks in the community. Iconic sculptures of massive scale are used for this purpose. Art is also integrated into bridges and walkways, roads and infrastructure, parks, shopping destinations, and kids play areas.
